Ayurveda and Yoga provides for a fundamental basis for a comprehensive health system aimed at restoring health and maintaining the harmony of SELF with Nature. They are in true sense an integrated approach towards understanding a system level disorder and through its principles helps in isolating and rectifying the dearanged metabolic process and aid in alleviating pain and disease

The course helps to understand the nuances of Hatha yoga, Patanjali yoga sutras, Bhagwad Gita. They help  to explain how the imbalance of Panchkoshas, Gunas, Panchamahabhutas, Chakras cause vyadhi (disease)  and how the various paths of yoga-Dyan Yoga , Bhakti Yoga, karma yoga, Hatha yoga, Ashtang yoga resolve the disease and keeps the individual fit at physical, mental and emotional level.

The Upanishad Shvetaasvatara expounds the health from yogic point of view.

The ‘WHO’ presents health as a state of complete physical mental and social well-being and not merely absence of disease or infirmity but recently ‘WHO’ has recommended the fourth element of spritual health.
